The original site was outdated and difficult to navigate, especially for survivors seeking immediate support. I streamlined the layout, clarified the messaging, and added intuitive buttons and bilingual features to help users quickly find crisis services, educational resources, and ways to get involved. The result is a cleaner, more user-friendly site that better reflects the organization’s trauma-informed approach.
